Direct air route from HN to Kenya launched

VGP – A direct air route from Nairobi, the capital of Kenya to Ha Noi, was launched on March 31, making it the first direct flight from an African nation to Viet Nam.

The carrier will fly Boeing 787-800 three times per week to Noi Bai International Airport in Ha Noi.
The flight is part of Kenya Airways's strategy to connect Africa with Asia, said Kenya Airways's CEO Mbuvi Ngunze.

The direct air route is expected to be a force for development in trade between Viet Nam and other nations in Africa and create more opportunities for tourism and business.

From now to April 30, Kenya Airways offers preferential programs for economy class of VND 15,054,000 (around US$750) and business class of VND50,943,000 (nearly US$2,500) per ticket.
