Đà Nẵng permitted to adopt ORBIS Program
VNGOP – The PM agreed on March 7 that the People’s Committee of central Đà Nẵng City will welcome the "ORBIS Flying Eye Hospital" Program 2008 granted with a non-refundable aid of US $ 183,686 by ORBIS (US).

The PM entrusted the City People’s Committee to sign the program documents with the donor and work with relevant agencies to reduce/exempt expenditure in receiving the Hospital under the current regulations.
OBIS’s "Flying Eye Hospital" will arrive Đà Nẵng from March 15 to April 5 to conduct surgical procedures for poor blinds and give theoretical and practical training courses to doctors from Đà Nẵng and other central provinces.
