Croatian President pledges to deepen cooperation with VN

VNGOP – President Stipe Mesic made the statement while receiving Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyễn Quốc Dũng.

The Croatian President said that Croatia places great importance on developing the traditional friendship with Việt Nam. He went on to say that the two countries should promote bilateral cooperation in infrastructure construction, seaport exploiting, shipbuilding, and tourist development.

The President hoped that he could pay a visit to Việt Nam within 2008.
