Consolation extended to DPRK

VNGOP – State President Nguyễn Minh Triết on August 20 sent a consolatory message to Mr. Kim Yong Nam, Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, about human and property damages caused by hurricanes and floods in early August.
