Congratulatory messages to Sri Lanka on its National Day

VNGOVNet – On the occasion of the 59th National Day of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (Feb. 04, 1948-Feb. 04, 2007), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng separately sent on February 03 congratulatory messages to their counterparts, Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa and Mr. Ratnasiri Wickramanayaka respectively.
