Congratulatory messages to new Ukrainian Gov’t leaders

VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and Deputy PM, FM Phạm Gia Khiêm on March 12 separately delivered congratulatory messages to their Ukrainian counterparts, Mr. N. Azarov who was nominated as the new PM and Mr. K. Grishenco who was appointed to be the FM.
