Congratulatory messages to Cyprus and Nigeria
VNGOP – State President Nguyễn Minh Triết on September 30 separately sent congratulatory messages to Mr. Tassos Papadoupulos and Mr. Umar Musa Yar' Adua, Presidents of the Republic of Cyprus and the Federal Republic of Nigeria respectively, on the occasion of the 47th anniversary of the National Day of these countries (October 01, 1960-October 01, 2007).

On the same day, Deputy PM, Foreign Minister Phạm Gia Khiêm sent messages of greetings to Ms. Erato Kozakou Marcoullis and Mr. Ojo Maduekwe, FMs of Cyprus and Nigeria respectively.
