Congratulations to Ukraine on its national anniversary

VGP - On the occasion of the 18th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence Day (24/8/1991), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết on Sunday sent a message of congratulations to Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko. On the same day, Vietnamese PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng extended his congratulations to his Ukrainian counterpart Yulia Timoshenco.
