Congratulations to top Lao leader on 80th birthday

VGP - Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and President Tran Dai Quang have sent messages of congratulations and baskets of flowers to General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and President of Laos Bounnhang Vorachith on his 80th birthday.

Bounnhang Vorachith was born on August 15, 1937.

He was elected General Secretary of the LPRP at the party’s 10th congress in January 2016.
