VGP - Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong, and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent messages of congratulations to King and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, on the occasion of the country’s 89th National Day (September 23, 1930-2018).
