Congratulations to newly-elected South African President

VGP – Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong sent a congratulatory message to Cyril Ramaphosa upon his election as the President of the Republic of South Africa.

The same day, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan sent her congratulations to South Africa’s newly-elected Speaker of the National Assembly Thandi Modise.

On the occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh extended his greetings to Ms. Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor who has been appointed as South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation.
