Congratulations to new leaders of Timor-Leste

VGP - PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc on September 18 sent a congratulatory message to Mari Alkatiri on his election as PM of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste for the 2017-2021 tenure.

On the same day, Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan sent her congratulationto Aniceto Guterres, who was elected President of the National Parliament of Timor-Leste for the 2017-2021 term.

On this occasion, Deputy PM and FM Pham Binh Minh extended congratulations to Timor-Leste’s new Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Aurélio Guterres.
