Congratulations to Mexico on National Day
VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang has sent a letter of congratulations to President of the United Mexican States, Enrique Pena Nieto to mark the 208th anniversary of the National Day of the United Mexican States (September 16, 1810 – September 16, 12, 018).

On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Pham Binh Minh, cabled a congratulatory message to Secretary of Mexican Foreign Affairs, Luis VidegarayCaso, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
