Congratulations to Dutch re-elected PM

VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc on October 27 extended a message of greetings to Mr. Mark Rutte upon his re-election as the PM of the Netherlands.

Mr. Mark Rutte has served as the Dutch PM since October 14, 2010.

The same day, Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh cabled a message of congratulations to the Netherlands’ FM Halbe Zijlstra.
