VGP – State President Truong Tan Sang and PM Nguyen Tan Dung extended their greetings to Latvian counterparts AndrisBerzins and Laimdota Straujuma, respectively on the occasion of the 97th anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Latvia (November 18, 1918).
