Congratulations on National Day of Estonia

VGP – State President Truong Tan Sang and PM Nguyen Tan Dung on February 23 extended their greetings to Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves and PM Taavi Roivas, respectively on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Estonia (February 24, 1918).
