Congratulations on National Day of Algeria

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang on October 27 cabled a message of congratulations to Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the National Day of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria (November 1, 1954) and the 55th founding anniversary of the diplomatic ties (October 28, 1962).
