Congratulations on Independence Day of Myanmar

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang and PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc on January 4 cabled their congratulatory messages to Myanmar’s President Htin Kyaw on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (January 4, 1948).
