Congratulations on Afghanistan’s National Day

VGP - State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on August 18 cabled separately their messages of greetings to President Hamid Karzai on the occasion of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan's National Day.
