Congratulations on 50th anniversary of VN-Iraq diplomatic ties

VGP – State Presdient Tran Dai Quang on July 10 cabled a message of greetings to Iraqi President Muhamed Fuad Masumon the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Viet Nam-Iraq diplomatic ties (July 10, 1968).
