Congratulations on 45th founding anniversary of VN-Cameroon diplomatic ties

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang on August 29 cabled a message of congratulations to Cameroonian President Paul Biya on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties (August 30, 1972).
