Condolences to Ukraine over methane explosion

VNGOP – Reported of the methane gas blast at the Zasiadko Coal Mine, Donesk, Ukraine, causing heavy human damages, State President Nguyễn Minh Triết on November 21 offered his condolences to the victims’ families and his Ukrainian counterpart Victor Yushchenco.
