Condolences over heavy rains, floods in China

VGP - Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh on July 18 telegraphed a message of condolences to Chinese State Counselor and FM Wang Yi over serious human and property losses caused by recent floods.

The Vietnamese diplomat extended his deep sympathies and regards to Mr. Wang Yi and people in regions hit by floods, expressing his belief that under the leadership of the Chinese Government, people in affected areas will soon overcome the consequences of the natural disaster, restore production and stabilize their lives.
