Commercial activities boosted to control trade deficit

VNGOP – According to the PM’s request, the commercial activities in 2008 and the following years should be fostered in order to facilitate market expansion, goods and services exportations, and trade and investment promotion overseas.

The PM assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to build up effective connection between producers and commercial organizations in order to boost export of made-in-Vietnam goods and services, and control trade deficit.

Commercial organizations must intensify information work, market surveying, and forecasting economic fluctuations and policy changes in the host countries, which may affect the bilateral economic ties.

Meanwhile, to create the joint motive force for bilateral economic and trade ties, commercial organizations need to further cooperate with the relevant units of Việt Nam's overseas embassies to ensure more fruitful performance.
