Charge on enterprise registration stipulated

VGP - The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular No. 215/2016/TT-BTC regulating the rate and the regime for collecting, paying, managing and using fees for providing information about enterprises, and the charges of enterprise registration.

Accordingly, organizations and individuals registering for enterprises and using services providing information about enterprises must pay fees.

The fee and charge exemption will be given to businesses changing information due to changes in administrative locations, registering for dissolution of enterprises and stopping operation, ending operation of representative branches, offices and business locations, business realizing enterprise registration online or State agencies asking for providing information for State management activities.  

The Circular will take effect since January 1, 2017.
