By 2030, the entire rural population will have access to clean water under the Ministry of Health standard.
By 2020, the city targets to help 100% of rural households have sanitary latrines; 100% of livestock farms have waste treatment systems; 50% of heavily-polluted craft villages have wastes treated; and 100% of rural markets have sanitary latrines.
The estimated funding is expected to come from the state budget, contributions by enterprises, people, and foreign investment.
