Canada-funded SDIRL Project listed in official financing portfolio

VNGOP – The PM on January 07 agreed to add the Project "Strengthening the Decentralization to Improve Rural Life" (SDIRL) in the official list of projects for sponsor.

The project, run by the southern province of Sóc Trăng’s People’s Committee, is granted with a non-refundable aid from the Canadian Government through the Canada International Development Agency (CIDA).

The PM ordered the Sóc Trăng People’s Committee to assess, approve, manage and implement the project under current stipulations on ODA management and use.
