Cam Ranh becomes provincial city
VGP – The Government on Dec. 23 issued a resolution for turning Cam Ranh town in the Central province of Khánh Hòa into a city.

The new city will be based on the same conditions of the old town in natural area, population and administrative agencies.
Cam Ranh is located in the south of Khánh Hòa province with natural preferential conditions, including deep sea ports, international marine lines, international airports, and convenient traffic system.
Over the past five years, Cam Ranh has scored significant achievements in socio-economic fields./.
