Budget collection hit VND 381 trillion

In Q1, budget spending was VND 315 billion while total budget collection hit VND 381 billion. 

In the reviewed period, budget collection valued VND 315 billion, accounting for 26.9% of estimates, up 13.8% against the same period last year. Up to 49 out of 63 localities met estimates progress (above 24%). 

Regarding crude oil, revenue budget valued VND 12.2 billion, equivalent to 27.5% of estimates. The figure decreased 14.3% against the same period last year. 

After conducting VAT refunds (with VND 27.8 billion), State budget collection was about VND 53 trillion, equivalent to 28% of estimates, up 17.7% against the same period last year. 

Total budget spending valued VND 237 billion, equivalent to 23.7% of estimates, up 5.3% against the same period last year./.
