Borrowing pack to be signed for Program PRSC5

VNGOVNet – On the proposal of the Ministry of Finance, the PM agreed with the draft agreement to borrow loans from the German Government to finance the fifth annual Poverty Reduction Support Credit (PRSC5). The Ministry of Finance was assigned to represent the Vietnamese Government to sign the agreement with the German representatives.

The PRSC5 is one of programs to support the Vietnamese Government to realize a comprehensive strategy on growth and poverty reduction.

The loans from Germany will be included in the general capital of the PRSC5 and disbursed in line with the financial regime approved in Document 77/TTg-QHQT dated on December 27, 2006 by the PM.
