Belarus congratulated on Independence Day

VNGOP – On the anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus (July 3), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng extended on July 2 their congratulation to their Belarusian counterparts, President A. Lukashenko and PM S. Sidorsky.
