Academy of Science and Technology receives Japan's aid

VGP - Deputy PM, FM Phạm Gia Khiêm on July 4 gave permission to the Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology to receive Japan's non-refundable loan to enhance its capacity in environment protection (stage 2).
