A new private university founded in Hậu Giang

VNGOP – The PM on February 18 decided to establish the Võ Trường Toản University in the southern province of Hậu Giang.

This will be a private tertiary-education establishment with its own legal status.

On the same day, the PM agreed to allow the Hà Nội Culture University to open Ph.D. training courses.
