The Ministry also asked the provincial health departments to organize mobile rescue teams, which are on duty 24 hours a day, to give free emergency aid to victims.

The mobile teams were asked to be ready to pasteurize water and environment so as to prevent the outburst of epidemics, particularly digestive problems, petechial fever, skin disease and trachoma.

It is necessary to prepare enough drugs, chemical substances and medical equipment for remote and easily-isolated areas.

Any demand for medical staff, medicines, chemicals and medical equipment must be immediately reported to the Ministry.
