At the conference, 54 projects on the province’s potential fields such as industry, clean energy, tourism, mining, and aquaculture will be introduced to investors.

Chief Representative of JETRO Hiroyuki Moribe stated that Ninh Thuận’s natural conditions are suitable for developing clean energies.

In addition, the province possesses a 105-km coastline and many beautiful and clean beaches. Together with the country’s big tourist centers of Lâm Đồng and Khánh Hòa, Ninh Thuận will become a key tourist area in Central Viêt Nam.

The provincial People’s Committee’s Chairman Nguyễn Chí Dũng said that Ninh Thuận will give priorities to building high-quality training centers to meet its demand and the entire central region.

Mr. Dũng added that the province should adopt its own policies to create higher added values compared to the neighbors.

Ninh Thuận is hiring the US consultant Moniter to make planning schemes and map out orientations of socio-economic development.

Mr. Phan Hữu Thắng, Director of the MPI’s Foreign Investment Agency, said that the MPI will back the province to remove all policy difficulties and design development plans.

Vietcombank, sponsor of the conference, pledged to establish more branches in Ninh Thuận and offer more preferential policies for investors here.

Ninh Thuận is located in the southern central coast, 30km from the Cam Ranh International Airport, near the Vân Phong Deep-water Seaport and the North-South Highway. Ninh Thuận is famous for Champa towers and traditional festivals.
