PM Pham Minh Chinh to attend COP26, visits UK, France

VGP – Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow, the UK and pay a working visit to the UK from October 31 to November 3.
