PM to attend ASEAN Summits and related summits

VGP – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the 38th and 39th ASEAN Summits and related summits via video conference on October 26-28 at the invitation of the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam – Chair of ASEAN 2021.
