Italy donates more than 2 million COVID-19 vaccine doses to Viet Nam via COVAX

VGP – Viet Nam on Friday received a batch of 2,021,360 doses of AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine donated by Italy via the COVAX facility.

The latest batch raised Italy’s total vaccine donations to Viet Nam to more than 2.8 million doses.

This shipment is part of the 45 million doses that Italy has pledged to donate to low- and middle-income countries by the end of 2021./.
