PM to deliver speech at 4th Russian Energy Week

VGP – Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend and deliver a pre-recorded speech at the 4th Russian Energy Week (REW) scheduled to take place in Moscow from October 13-15, at the invitation of Russian leaders and Government.

First held in 2017, the REV serves as a platform for leaders from many countries, international organizations and major energy businesses to discuss main challenges faced by the energy sector and topical problems involving the development of various industries like gas, oil, coal among others.
