State President to pay official visit to Cuba, attend General Debate of 76th UN General Assembly

VGP – President Nguyen Xuan Phuc will lead a Vietnamese high-raking delegation to pay an official visit to Cuba from September 18-20 at the invitation of First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba’s Central Committee and Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel.
