Ha Noi allows takeaways, business establishments to reopen in safe districts

According to a recently-issued document of the municipal People’s Committee, food and beverage services are permitted to open till 9:00 pm and for takeaways only. 

Other business establishments selling stationery, books, equipment, school supplies, electronics and home appliances and repairing vehicles are also allowed to open and must be closed before 9:00 pm. 

All businesses and services must strictly implement the pandemic control and prevention measures including compulsory medical declarations for their staff while customers must use QR codes when shopping.

Among the city’s 30 districts, 19 have met the requirement for the reopening, namely Ba Dinh, Ba Vi, Bac Tu Liem, Cau Giay, Dan Phuong, Gia Lam, Hoai Duc, Long Bien, Me Linh, My Duc, Nam Tu Liem, Phu Xuyen, Phuc Tho, Quoc Oai, Soc Son, Son Tay, Tay Ho, Thanh Oai and Ung Hoa.

The Ha Noi has recorded 3,856 COVID-19 cases since April 27 when the fourth coronavirus resurgence hit Viet Nam, according to the municipal Center for Disease Control.

More than 5.1 million COVID-19 vaccine doses were administered in the city, including 405,269 people fully vaccinated./.
