Three Vietnamese weightlifters qualified for Tokyo Olympics

VGP – The International Weightlifting Federation (IFM) has confirmed three Vietnamese weightlifters are qualified for the Tokyo Olympics.

The eligible weightlifters are Thach Kim Tuan in the men’s 61kg class, Vuong Thi Huyen in the women’s 49kg category, and Hoang Thi Duyen in the women’s 59kg category.

So far Vietnamese athletes have booked 13 places at the Tokyo Olympics in taekwondo (one), swimming (one), gymnastics (two), boxing (one), archery (two), rowing (one), badminton (two), weightlifting (three)./.
