Three Angola Returnees Test Positive for COVID-19

VGP – Three Vietnamese nationals repatriated from Angola were confirmed positive for COVID-19 Sunday morning, bringing the national patient tally to 2629.

All of them took flight VN88 from Angola to Quang Ninh-based Van Don Airport on March 31 and were sent to a concentrated quarantine site in Bac Giang Province upon their arrival.

They are being treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ha Noi’s Dong Anh District.

Earlier, five passengers onboard the flight had tested positive for the virus./.
