The event also saw the attendance of Permanent Deputy PM Truong Hoa Binh, who heads the Government’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform.

Looking back the 10-year implementation of the program, PM Phuc highly appreciated the efforts and activeness of ministries, sectors and localities.

Every modern policy and technology must be oriented towards the people and businesses and ensuring national security and defence, he said, emphasizing that administrative reform must work to build a strong nation, and every person and organization should have the desire to develop and construct a mighty Viet Nam by 2045 as stated in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
