Tourism System Planning Appraisal Council established

VGP – The Prime Minister has decided to establish the Tourism System Planning Appraisal Council during 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

Accordingly, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Ngoc Thien was assigned as Chairman of the Council.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung is Vice Chairman of the Council.

Members of the Council include representatives of some ministries, agencies and professionals.

The Council is responsible for organizing appraisal of the tourism system planning in 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

The operation of the Council, the contents, time and reports of appraisal are realized as regulated in Clause 3, 5, 6 and 7 of Article 18 of Decree No. 37/2019/NĐ-CP dated May 07, 2019 on elaboration of the Law on Planning.
