Nine-year-old girl among three latest Covid-19 cases

VGP – Three Vietnamese citizens were confirmed the latest cases of Covid-19 on Friday, bringing the patient tally to 1,256.

All of them are family members who flew home from France on November 11.

Patient 1,254 is a 35-year-old woman from Khuong Mai Ward, Ha Noi’s Thanh Xuan District.

Patients 1,255 and 1,256 are her son and daughter, aged 10 and 9 respectively.

They are being treated at the Cu Chi field hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.

The same day, eight patients were declared free of Covid-19, raising the total recoveries to 1,101, according to the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control.

The death toll stands at 35, including 31 in Da Nang, three in Quang Nam and one in Quang Tri./.
