Total COVID-19 patients rise to 1,069

VGP – A 18-year old woman repatriated from the US became the latest COVID-19 patient in Viet Nam, the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control has reported.

The patient was among passengers onboard flight VN0002, landing in Viet Nam on September 20.

She is being treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ha Noi’s Dong Anh District.

The last case brings the total number of COVID-19 in Viet Nam to 1,069, including 991 recoveries and 35 fatalities./.
