Gov’t extends sympathy to DPRK affected by torrential rains

VGP – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Friday expressed sympathy to Premier Kim Tok Hun of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) over the great losses caused by prolonged torrential rains in the Northeast Asian country.
