VNPT wins big at Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards 2020

VGP - The Viet Nam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) has featured among the top overall winners at the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards in 2020 with three Gold, three Silver and nine Bronze Stevie wins.

A VNPT representative said the accumulation of prizes can be viewed as recognition from international organisations of the overall quality of VNPT's products and services, helping bring the firm’s technological products to the global market. 

According to the list of winners, VNPT received three gold prizes for Innovative Management in Financial Industries, Innovation in General Information Apps, and Innovation in Medical/Dental.

The country’s leading telecom company claimed an additional three silver prizes, including in the Award for Innovation in Technology Development, the Award for Innovation in Health & Wellness, and the Award for Innovative Management in Business Product & Service Industries.

Elsewhere, a total of nine bronzes were given in the Award for Innovation in Technology Management, Planning & Implementation, the Award for Innovation in Technology Development, the Award for the Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service, and the Award for Excellence in Innovation in Financial Industries.

The 2020 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards recognised organisations across 22 markets.

The Stevie Awards are considered to be the world's premier business awards, conferring recognition for achievements in the workplace over the past 18 years in programmes such as the International Business Awards and the American Business Awards.

The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards are open to all organisations across 29 nations in the Asia-Pacific region, with the primary focus on encouraging innovation in all forms. 

Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 100 executives around the world, acting as judges during May and June.
