This means that the country's patient tally remains unchanged at 288, of whom 148 are imported cases who were quarantined upon their arrival.

Of the total patients, as many as 252 have been cleared of the virus and discharged from hospitals while the current active cases are being treated at six centrally-run and provincial health facilities. Most of them are in stable condition.

The current patients include six cases tested negative once and 11 others received negative outcomes twice.

Up to 13,719 people having close contact with the COVID-19 patients or returning from the pandemic-hit regions have been quarantined, including 324 at hospitals, 7,254 at concentrated quarantine camps and 6,141 at places of residence./.
